Once in a lifetime

i believe everything happens just once in a life time...by everything i mean EVERYTHING. for instance, this morning i came by the same route i take to office all the time (well at least most of the times). but it was not like every other day. i must have had a good dream, which i dont remember, or else must have thought of something nice when i woke up, or it could have been the weather, or my loved ones whom i spoke to first thing in the morning, i dont know...something was different i felt.

on my way i realised that i had never taken time off to notice a new movie poster on the road side. slowly i started noticing many things i had not paid attention to before. everything was different yet the same. the road was the same but the vehicles were different, the autos were the same but the drivers and passengers were different, the noises were the same but the noise makers were different, the policeman was the same, but his actions were different, my scooty was the same, but i was different.

i realised that i will never get the same moment again. the situations maybe similar, people mabe similar but their reactions maybe different from the previous time that the same thing happened.

so why do we search for variety in life when variety is what life is all about, i wonder. maybe it just needs a little bit of observation from my side because it sure made my heart light to see the world...my world..differently

I still, after all these years, take pleasure in putting my footprint into newly fallen snow and being the first to touch it!

the most beautiful emotion, to me, is to stand in awe of this universe, and wonder...
