And then they were trapped
…in the name of love
…in the name of moral values
…in the name of society
Dreams rolled by unheeded, opportunities passed by unnoticed
Impulses shut down for lack of use
Logic gained the upper hand to rationalize the choice of not heeding to impulse
Then came the day when all the dreams and opportunities stood side by side laughing at them
Laughing at the foolishness of love, moral values and society
Alas! One noticed that and could never recover from the loss ever again
