"what do you want from me? what did i do to deserve this?"
she didnt know what to answer. she could hear his voice breaking. He was crying and she was helpless.
"i am sorry da", she says, with tears in her eyes. But he cant see the tears and refuses to believe that she is feeling bad for what she did. He hears her mumbling sorry and says nothing.
"everyone is asking about you. what do i tell them?". silence from her side.
"just take care. have a good life." *click*, he had kept the phone.
what remains is her still holding the phone to her ears with tears streaming down her face, for she doesnt know what to do or whom to go to for help as she silently wishes she were dead.
she bent low and wished she had not been chosen by Him to hurt him and wished she could spread nothing but love and joy.
when she raises her head, she is resigned to the fact that this was what she was meant to do- teach others and learn from others, the same as what every other human being is meant to do.

Hmmmm :-) no comments on that actually!
acceptance brings about a certain serenity of the mind.
resignation, on the other hand, builds a certain inward resistance that is bound to break and erupt in all its force, in due course.
